n 个人及工作简历
面对国家重大需求和国民经济主战场,主要从事金属材料、金属耐磨材料、陶瓷/金属基复合材料的研究工作,尤其对陶瓷/钢铁基复合材料界面调控、强韧化机理、摩擦磨损方面有着深入的研究,曾经于2017年获“陕西冶金青年科技奖”。近年来,从复合材料微观界面理论设计与试验控制着手,攻克了复合材料成形过程中复合层易开裂的技术难题。在Acta Materialia、Scripta Materialia、Wear等期刊以第一/通讯作者发表论文100余篇,H因子33,被引3000余次,以第一发明人授权国家发明专利/软件著作权30余件,出版著作2册(参编)。受邀在“全国结构材料大会”、“全国铸造复合材料学术会议”、“ 中国耐磨材料与耐磨件年会”等做大会报告或邀请报告20余次;获中国有色金属工业科学技术一等奖等省部级奖励5次;参与制定/修订国家标准、行业标准各1项。
